I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this salon was so unprofessional that I feel other customers should know what happened. This was my first visit, and I simply mentioned that the nail shape being done wasn't similar to the shape I usually get. I wasn't rude or demanding. I was only providing feedback while the service was still in progress so it could be adjusted. Instead of listening or offering a solution, the technician and the manager refused to continue the service. They removed the shellac from my nails, refused to even shape them, and sent me out with unfinished, uneven nails. I left with my nails looking worse than when I arrived. What was most disappointing wasn't the quality of the work. It was the complete lack of professionalism and customer service. Any reputable salon should be able to handle respectful feedback without becoming defensive or refusing service.

Excellent service! The salon is always clean and organized, and the staff work very well as a team. I've been coming here for years and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!

After many years and thousands of dollars, and being fully mistreated and disrespected multiple times I will no longer go there. Many of the key people are rude to you, and if you ever ask a question or try to explain something they don’t understand you will be crucified. The first time a year ago, I showed a nail design and was told I could get it if I paid. Of course I did. The nail design involved negative space on the nail and they did not understand, and tried to keep adding a dollop of beige nail color. I tried to explain kindly but I was yelled at and told I was being ridiculous for not being happy. I was simply asking the service they claimed to be able to do. I chalked it up to a breakdown in translation. After months of going to other salons, I decided to go back and no longer get nail designs there and focus on biogel refills and French or full color. This last time after spending a lot of money, i had the biogel fell off 3 of my nails in 3 days in a row. Recognizing that was not typical I reached out and they said the nails were “too thin” and to come back to fix. I did that and simply asked the question: will you be doing anything to the other nails if too thin or leaving those? And the owner got immediately angry and very rude to me. He said I’m asking too much and that they only fix breaking ones. He said if I expected anything for the others I would pay for a new set. Again, I hadn’t even implied that they have to replace them all, I kind of assumed that if 3 break for being to thin the rest would break too but just a simple no and sorry would have sufficed. I tend to just drop these things but the idea of being spoken to in that manner and treated that poorly in customer service when I’ve been a loyal and generous customer is just not gonna work for me. The owner and his wife are especially rude there was a young man there who was quite nice and did good work!
